Kreston Slovakia is among the TOP 10 finalists of the CBRE “Office of the Year 2024” competition
We are pleased to announce that we are among the ten finalists of the CBRE Office of the Year 2024 competition, which annually recognizes the most inspiring work environments in Slovakia. We see this success as confirmation that the environment we work in reflects not only our corporate values, but also modern demands for an efficient and sustainable office.
The decision to change the working space was motivated by the growth of our company, which required us to change the spaces to suit our ambitions. Our goal was to create a functional, aesthetic and inspiring environment that promotes collaboration, productivity and overall comfort for both employees and clients. After a thorough market analysis, we chose The Mill project – a modern, award-winning and environmentally responsible building that created the ideal base for our new location.
In collaboration with ZEIT architects, a new space was created that combines design, functionality and a vision of sustainability. The result is an office that is not only representative, but also reflects modern working trends and promotes a corporate culture built on openness, flexibility and innovation.
Responsible and sustainable solutions
Our new office space has been designed with environmental responsibility in mind. The building features low energy consumption, an advanced HVAC system, consistent waste sorting and the use of recycled and locally sourced materials. Acoustic cladding made from PET Felt materials, made from plastic bottles, contributes to reducing the carbon footprint. The presence of greenery also promotes the psychological well-being of employees and creates a pleasant atmosphere.
A workspace that adapts to needs
The Kreston Slovakia offices have been designed to reflect the needs of the modern employee – from supporting a hybrid working model, through quiet zone options, to open spaces for team collaboration. Transparent dividing walls symbolize transparency and promote effective team communication.
Ergonomic features such as height-adjustable desks, flexible team layouts and rest areas allow for a personalised approach and promote a healthy lifestyle.
Technologies that simplify work
Our goal was to create a space that allows for efficient and fluid collaboration – whether it’s with the internal team or clients. The meeting rooms are equipped with modern technology with intuitive controls that allow meetings to be initiated and managed with a single touch. Video and audio technologies ensure top-quality communication, and a booking system simplifies meeting planning.
The central feature of the office is the multifunctional Town Hall, which serves as a space for presentations, team meetings and relaxation.
The title of CBRE Office of the Year finalist is a significant award for us, which confirms that investing in a quality working environment makes sense. Thank you to all our colleagues, partners and architects who have contributed to the creation of this exceptional space.
