The consultant or assistant auditor works under the supervision of an experienced statutory auditor. The workload consists mainly of preparing, reviewing and processing documents in the performance of statutory audits, but also in consulting projects. If interested, we offer the opportunity for personal development and growth as, for example, an assistant auditor registered with the SKAU for the purpose of later obtaining an audit license, or a certified internal auditor, government auditor or auditor of sustainability reports (ESG).

Job description and key competences

Assisting with internal and external audits, including data collection and analysis.
Preparation and processing of audit reports and relevant documentation according to established standards.
Reviewing and analysing financial statements to ensure their accuracy and compliance with legislative requirements.
Thoroughness in working with data and documentation to ensure accuracy and quality of outputs.
Ability to manage time and tasks effectively, prioritise activities and meet deadlines.

Requirements for the employee

Education: university student, university II. degree, General, preferably education in Economics, Audit, Accounting, Finance.

The position is suitable for a graduate.

Language skills: English – Intermediate (B2)

Microsoft Word – Advanced, Microsoft Excel – Advanced, Microsoft Outlook – Advanced, Microsoft PowerPoint – Advanced

Personality and Skills: We are looking for a new colleague to strengthen our audit and consulting team with an interest in long-term cooperation. The position is also suitable for a college student with a background in economics. The prerequisite is a responsible and independent approach to work tasks and a willingness to work on your professional growth. Other prerequisites are flexibility, diligence, analytical thinking, good communication skills. Previous economic (e.g. accounting) experience during studies or experience as an assistant auditor on the SKAU assistants list is an advantage.
