We are proud to announce that Kreston Slovakia has been awarded the title of “Most Attractive Office 2024” in the prestigious CBRE Office of the Year 2024 competition. However, this award is not just about the prize itself. Behind it is our story. It means that you chose us – colleagues, clients, friends, in short, people who believe that an office is not just about walls and furniture. It is a place where we want to feel good, where we grow, where we are inspired, and where we simply want to be. And we are proud that we have managed to create this atmosphere.

The decision to change our workspace was motivated by the growth of our consulting group and our determination to create a new, modern space that reflects our ambitions, values, and way of working. After careful consideration, we chose an exceptional project – The Mill, developed by IMMOCAP, our client and partner, whose project caught our attention not only at first view with its architecture, but also thanks to the friendly people behind it.
From the start, our partnership with IMMOCAP has been based on trust, expertise, and a shared vision of quality. As a consulting firm, we really appreciate being part of projects that we recommend as examples of exceptional development, and where we feel right at home.
The Mill is not just a modern office building – it is a well-designed, architecturally significant and technologically advanced space that respects the principles of sustainability and healthy living. It has won several prestigious awards, including Best Office Development of the Year (CIJ Awards 2023) and a nomination for CE ZA AR 2024.
The space that represents us
Based on our requirements, the architects at ZEIT Architects designed an elegant and highly functional space that creates a comfortable environment for our work and representation. Open spaces promote collaboration, quiet zones emphasize focus, and natural elements create an atmosphere of well-being and balance.
The basic principle was the well-being and health of our colleagues. That is why we chose height-adjustable desks for all workstations, acoustic solutions made from recycled materials, clean air thanks to modern technologies, and sustainable materials that make the office a place where it is good to work and breathe.
