We kindly request you to change the registered office of our company in the registers and databases in which you keep our company.
The change of the company’s registered office has no effect on the concluded contracts and existing business relations. However, it is necessary that you use our new address on all written documents at the present time, especially those relating to accounting and/or tax documents. In the event that you use our original address on such documents, we will be obliged to return them to you for redrafting due to non-compliance with the relevant binding legislation.
Also, we would like to let you know that from February you will find us in our new offices in The Mill.
